Hi Mr. Jason Park, The message shows that the user has logged out and then asks the user to log in again. But you said that many users are not logged in the google accounts. I don't know why this dialog pops up. we haven't seen it before. Do you know the reproduce step? |

hi Jason. unfortunately, we didn't receive a reproduce step from VOC. But , if I logout BFX_AT100 in Login list of my google account in PC chrom browser, STB is showing same pop-up after a few minute. i'm not sure this situation is same or not. according to VOC list, there is many old man user. so it guess they don't use google log-in. as your comment, some case have a history in log-in. but I think it isn't all case. Hi Mr. Jason Ling, We don't know the reproduction step. We just know the log and symptom. As I mentioned on e-mail, please check the log. And if there is any issue in your side, then it should be inform to Google. But we should know when or why STB show Google login window. |

Hi Mr. Yoon, No, We haven't reported this issue to Google, because we don't know the reproduce step. I can see this dialog by following steps, Step1: Login Google account on BFX-AT100. Step2: Login Google account on PC, and go to Google account management then logout the google account from specific device (BFX-AT100) Setp3: press Google assistant button on BFX-AT100, then the dialog with "logout" message will pop. But I don’t think this is a situation that actually happened to the user. because according to your description, the VOC comes from old people, you guess they never logged in Google account. |

hi Jason.liang as we talked it , VOC issue is increasing regarding to google logout pop-up issues. please see two case a log. case 1. homeUI 520b. On watching live channel, happen a pop-up of google log-in. after pushing home button, this pop-up is disappeared. but this pop-up is showing every 1~2 m. please see 402343CD282C.zip case 2 On watching live channel, happen a pop-up of google log-in. but it happen a pop-up of skb user sister's google account . please see 405BD824981C.zip Thanks |

Hi Mr. Jason Park, I didn't find any new clues in your update. I also ask this question to 3PL. They have encountered this issue randomly before, but they don't know the root cause and reproduction steps. They asked if we can provide them with the reproduction steps so that they can help us report to Google. |

Hi Mr.Yoon and Jason Park, We received 3 eagle boxes this afternoon. After we check in Google Setting, all 3 boxes has google account login. Please double confirm with SKB if those 3 boxes are for "google logout pop-up issue". It yes, we think there is no problem to have pop-up dialog. Thanks ! |

Hi Jason We found the explanation on Google's website FYI https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3067630?hl=en If there is the request for log-in then it means the device was logged in with Google account before and ran into the authentication case which may result from the reasons explained on the website above. This is Google's mechanism and we will not be able to change it... Best, Henry |
